The Collection

Object or Details

Every piece ships flat and knocks down completely. Switch the view below.

No. 01
Object Side table / stool Side table / stool, joinery detail

Side Table / Stool

Twist-Lock · 5mm Aluminum · Solid Oak

A compact two-tier form that doubles as a stool. Locks together with a simple rotation.

No. 02
Object Coffee table Coffee table, joinery detail

Coffee Table

Rail-Lock · 5mm Aluminum · Solid Oak

A double-shelf silhouette where the aluminum planes read as thin, floating surfaces between four oak legs.

No. 03
Object Lounge chair Lounge chair, joinery detail

Lounge Chair

Twist + Press-Lock · 5mm Aluminum · Solid Oak

3 aluminum planes form the seat, back, and the connection point to an oak leg. The leg locks in with a combined twist and press action.

No. 04
Object Low bench Low bench, joinery detail

Low Bench

Press-Lock · 5mm Aluminum · Solid Oak

A solid oak slab rests on a folded aluminum frame, finished with a final manual bend at assembly.

Concept

A Material Dialogue

The identity of the collection rests on a deliberate dialogue between two materials, kept visible rather than resolved away. Every piece is made from just two: 5mm aluminum and solid oak. Toggle Plane / Grain above to shift the site to match.

The Plane

Aluminum

Sanded aluminum sheet, finished with wax for a natural look that matures alongside the oak, in a muted, desaturated slate blue/gray. Sharp architectural lines, geometric rigidity, thin profiles.

The Grain

Oak

Rich, warm oak wood. Organic permanence, texture, and structural mass grounding each piece.

Joinery

Precision Mechanical Joinery

01

Toolless Assembly

Aluminum panels slip directly through precision-milled slots in the oak timber — no tools required.

02

No Adhesives

Rigid structural integrity comes purely from geometry, friction, and gravity — no screws, fasteners, or wood glue.

03

Honest Construction

Metal tabs are left visible where they punctuate the wood, turning the logic of the joint into a decorative, functional feature.

Sustainability

Flat-Pack & Circular

FlatShips fully knocked-down — maximizing shipping volume and minimizing transport emissions.
CleanNo permanent glue or fused materials — aluminum and oak separate cleanly for recycling or repurposing.
Materials & Finish

Surface

Every piece is made from just two materials: 5mm aluminum and solid oak.

Both are sanded to a low grit and finished with wax, so the aluminum ages and matures naturally alongside the oak over time.
